If you have a new iOS device, you can restore your purchased add-ons (if any) on it and transfer your app data there.
To restore the purchased add-ons:
First of all, please make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID account which you bought the upgrade with previously. Then, please, open the app, go to the “Add-ons” page and click on “Restore purchases” button at the bottom. After that all of your purchased add-ons will be restored on your device successfully.
If the issue still persists, kindly make sure you have a stable Internet connection, then log out of your Apple ID account, log back in and try to restore your purchase again.
To restore the app data:
You can save your data to iCloud/Dropbox and then restore them from there on a new device – please, kindly go “Settings” > “iCloud/Dropbox”, then turn on “Use iCloud” or “Use Dropbox” and follow on-screen instructions. Please, use the “Upload settings” option to save your data from the old device and the “Download settings” option to load the data on the new device.
Besides, you can send a backup file to your email address on your old device via “Settings” > “Backup” > “Email Backup Now” and then restore it on your new device – just tap “Restore backup” under “Settings” > “Backup” and follow the instructions.
